I love working with the terrific team at Korch Orthodontics, and I enjoy seeing all of the patients' smiles and their excitement when they get their braces off! I have a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from St. Francis University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Penn State University. 

My husband, Jason, and I live in Palmyra with our two daughters, Alaina and Alyse. In my free time I enjoy cooking and reading, and I especially love watching my daughters play field hockey, going to Hershey Bears games, and traveling to Maine every summer on family vacations.

I am excited to be a team member with Korch Orthodontics. I worked in general dentistry for 27 years before making the switch to orthodontics several years ago. Working with this fantastic team to give our patients a smile they are proud of is very rewarding. Our patients are the best and getting to know them makes me smile every day. 

I have been married for over 35 years and have two children and five grandchildren. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with all my grandchildren here and at our home in Florida.

I’ve been in the dental field for many years, I love working with people and helping them achieve a healthy, beautiful smile!

I am originally from western Maryland but have lived in Lancaster County for more than ten years. I am married to my best friend, Justin, and we have a beautiful daughter, Dallas. Our family loves hockey and spending time in the mountains of New York. If I’m not at a Hershey Bears game, you can find me spending time with my awesome friends and family.

I have over 29 years of experience working in the dental field, and really appreciate the great team here at Korch Orthodontics!

I enjoy spending a lot of time outdoors - hiking, camping, fishing, and attending my daughters' track meets and band competitions. I also like to read and enjoy time with my husband Ron, our two daughters Liz and Delaney, and our dog and two cats.

I've worked in the Dental field for over 30 years as a Dental Assistant and Office Manager. I enjoy working here with a caring and respectful team, and I have the pleasure of seeing many great smiles while at work!

My husband and I have three married children and one grandson! When I'm not working I enjoy gardening, painting, traveling, and spending time with my friends and family.

I have my RHS certification and I enjoy the work atmosphere at Korch Orthodontics and working one-on-one with patients.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing with my dogs and hanging out with my family.

 

 

 

Aileen

Orthodontic Assistant

Aileen graduated from the Dental Assistant Program with a certificate in 2019, and she also became RHS certified that same year. She finds great joy in witnessing each patient's progress throughout their treatment.

In her free time, Aileen enjoys watching movies and reading. As the oldest sibling, she has a brother and sister, and she shares her home with five lovable Manx cats, with whom she loves spending time.

 

 

Kenedi

Orthodontic Assistant

Kenedi graduated from Dental Assistant School in Hawaii and has been in the dental field since 2018. Starting in general dentistry, she advanced to specializing in orthodontics, working at two ortho offices in her hometown. Kenedi loves watching the boost in confidence her patients experience throughout their treatment.

When she’s not at work, you can find her hiking, fishing, paddle boarding, hunting, and enjoying quality time with her fiancé and family.

 

Heather

Orthodontic Assistant

Heather started her journey in orthodontics in 2019 after earning her dental assistant certification from LV Dental Assisting School in Allentown, PA. She’s also CPR certified and holds her PA Radiology certification.

In her free time, Heather loves reading, relaxing, and sharing laughs with her family.
