These are real patients treated at Korch Orthodontics in Hershey, PA, with braces and clear aligners. Each case notes what was corrected and how long it took. Most took between 18 and 24 months. Your own case would be assessed at a free exam.

Below are results from our own patients: crowding, underbites, open bites, deep bites, impacted teeth and spacing, corrected with braces or clear aligners. We have included what was wrong and how long the correction took, because those are the two things people actually want to know and most galleries leave out.

How to Read These
A few things worth knowing before you compare them with your own teeth:
- Treatment times here range from 18 to 24 months. That is typical for comprehensive treatment. Simpler corrections finish sooner; complex bites can run longer.
- Some cases were treated in two phases, with an early phase in childhood, a retainer period, then a second phase later. That is normal for problems best addressed while a jaw is still growing.
- Your case is not any of these cases. Similar-looking crowding can need quite different treatment depending on what the bite is doing behind it.
What Your Case Might Look Like

At a free exam we take proper records and X-rays, examine how your bite functions, and tell you what would need to move and roughly how long it would take. You leave with a written plan and fee.
