Meet the Korch Orthodontics Team

The team at Korch Orthodontics includes orthodontic assistants, scheduling coordinators, a practice administrator, and a financial manager. Several have spent more than 30 years in the dental field. Dr. Susan Korch leads the practice as its only orthodontist.
You will spend more time with this team than with the orthodontist.
That is how orthodontic treatment works: Dr. Korch plans your case and does the clinical work, and the people below are who greet you, seat you, take your scans, sort your insurance, and find you an appointment that fits around a school day. It is worth knowing who they are.
Between them, our assistants and coordinators bring well over a century of experience in dentistry. Several have been in the field longer than some practices have existed.
How We Work Together
Ours is a small team in a single-doctor practice, which has a practical consequence: you see the same faces. The person who checked you in for your consultation is likely to be the person who checks you in two years later when your braces come off.
The team keeps current through ongoing training. Our assistants hold state and professional certifications relevant to their clinical roles, including Pennsylvania radiology certification.

Dr. Susan Korch, DMD, MS is the practice’s only orthodontist. She earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine at the University of Pittsburgh, completed a three-year orthodontic residency at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, and holds a Master of Science in Oral Biology. She has practiced in the Hershey and Harrisburg area since 1998.
