Why Choose Korch Orthodontics
Reviewed by Dr. Susan Korch, DMD, MS
One Orthodontist, Every Visit
Many orthodontic practices operate several offices and rotate their doctors between them. It is an efficient model, and it means the person who examined you may not be the person who adjusts your braces three months later.
Here, the orthodontist who diagnoses your case, designs your plan, and explains it to you is the one who carries it out. She knows your teeth without reading notes first. When something needs adjusting mid-treatment, that judgment is made by someone who has watched your case from the beginning.
Continuity is not a feature we added. It is a consequence of how the practice is built.
Treatment Planned Digitally, Not Estimated
Every case is planned on a three dimensional model of your own teeth before any appliance is placed.
We scan rather than take impressions, so there is no putty. That scan drives the treatment plan, and for patients in braces it also drives digital indirect bonding, where each bracket position is designed in advance and placed from a custom tray instead of positioned by hand.
We also make retainers in our own office using in-house 3D printing, which means no waiting on an outside laboratory when a retainer needs replacing.
The point of all this is accuracy at the start of treatment, because that is where predictable results come from.
Fewer Trips to the Office
Orthodontic treatment traditionally means returning every few weeks for adjustments, and for most families the appointment is the small part of the day compared to the driving and the time off school.
Dental Monitoring and Korch Cam let us review your progress from scans you take at home on your phone. Virtual Treatment lets you begin with a consultation before you drive here at all.
You will still come in when there is physical work to do. You will come in less often for the visits that were only ever a look.
Meet Zeeno®
Not everything memorable about an orthodontic office is clinical.
Zeeno® is our interactive robot. Zeeno greets patients when they arrive, shares information, and answers simple questions. Children tend to head straight for it. Nervous first-time patients often relax faster with something to be curious about, and a robot turns out to be an unusually effective distraction from an unfamiliar room.
It is genuinely useful and it is also just good fun, which we think belongs in a practice that treats a lot of children.
A Setting Built for Families
Most of our patients are children and teenagers, and the office is arranged with that in mind: comfortable for a parent waiting, easy for a teenager arriving alone after school, and calm for a child on a first visit.
We offer appointments before and after school hours, and we are open Fridays, which many orthodontic offices are not. Parking is free and directly at the door.
Costs You Can See in Advance
Treatment fees run about $3,500 for limited treatment to $9,000 for more complex cases, and your exact figure is set at your consultation and given to you in writing.
We offer interest free payment plans, a family discount when more than one member is in treatment, a full payment discount, and FSA and HSA eligibility. We verify your insurance benefits and submit claims for you.
Publishing a range at all is unusual in this market. Full detail is on our cost guide and financing page.
